The successful applicant will play an active part in Sportradar’s business AI transformation and expansion to newbettingand gaming markets. /ppbTHE CHALLENGE: /b /pulliPerforming, recording and keeping vendor privacy assessments up-to-date to ensure compliance with Sportradar’s requirements (internal and external) and with the applicable privacy laws. /liliReviewing, drafting and negotiating vendor data protection agreements. /liliTracking and updating our records of processing activities (ROPAs). /liliSupporting the Privacy Team and the business stakeholders during the implementation process of data deletion and destruction schedules. /liliManaging the staff awareness and training programs on data privacy and best data protection practices at Sportradar, including our Privacy Champions Program. /liliSupporting the Senior Privacy Lead with the handling of data subject requests,



the annual updates of Sportradar’s internal and external privacy documentation and the regular trainings to the local data protection officers (DPOs). /liliSupporting the Privacy Analyst with the compiling of privacy impact assessments. /liliDoing research on legislative developments and requirements in the privacy and data protection area in jurisdictions where Sportradar operates, including Europe, Switzerland, and North and South America. /li /ulpbABOUT YOU /b /pulliQualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar role within the privacy/data protection field on an international scale. /liliGood knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and attentiveness to the changes in the privacy landscape. /liliGood understanding of different applications and systems (including current AI applications and features). /liliExcellent written and spoken English and ability to work efficiently with senior stakeholders from different business units. /liliPragmatic and solution-oriented person with the ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritizing conflicting demands and requests from multiple stakeholders. /liliAI privacy knowledge, IAPP or similar privacy certifications and experience with OneTrust would be advantageous. /liliPassion for privacy, AI,sports, and technology.
