/li liCollaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Retention, CRM). /li liParticipate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously grow your skills. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul libFluent/Proficiency German Speaker /b and bstrong English /b. /li lib2–5 years of sales experience /b, ideally outbound. /li liCRM knowledge and quick adaptability to new tools. /li liExcellent bsales, persuasion, and negotiation skills /b. /li liTarget-driven, proactive, and team-oriented. /li liBased in bMadrid /b (100% onsite). /li /ul h3Work Conditions /h3 ul liSchedule: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00 (1-hour lunch).
