As an Operations Maintenance (OM) Manager for Southern Europe, you will hold a strategic and operational role, with full accountability for the execution, performance, and profitability of Sungrow’s OM business across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, covering both PV and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) assets. /p pYou will ensure excellence in service delivery during the warranty phase and under SLA/LTSA contracts, acting as the main technical, contractual, and operational interface with customers. This role requires a strong technical background in both PV and ESS, advanced contract and data analysis capabilities, and solid leadership skills to manage internal teams and service partners in a fast‑growing and demanding environment. /p pThe position is based in Madrid, with frequent travel across the region. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liLead the execution of OM contracts across Spain, Italy, and Portugal, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, costs, and service levels. /li liAct as the main customer interface during the warranty phase and under SLA/LTSA contracts, covering technical, contractual, warranty, and corrective service matters. /li liPerform advanced contract analysis to identify risks, obligations, and improvement opportunities, providing active support during LTSA negotiation phases. /li liDemonstrate the technical capability to develop and validate RCAs, as well as to interpret SCADA data and equipment logs, delivering conclusive analyses to support operational and warranty‑related decisions. /li liLead the negotiation with Service Partners, ensuring quality of service, cost control,



and alignment with business objectives. /li liExecute data analysis from an asset management perspective, including safety stock management, spare parts optimization, and resource efficiency. /li liManage and develop the OM team and Service Partners, ensuring quality, safety, and performance. /li liCoordinate with internal departments (Projects, Sales, Engineering, HQ) to ensure a proper handover and ongoing technical support. /li liEnsure the profitability of the OM business in the region, controlling costs, deviations, contractual risks, and enabling sustainable growth. /li liDrive continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and fleet reliability. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liStrong technical background in PV and ESS (BESS). /li liProven experience in managing large and complex OM portfolios and contracts. /li liAdvanced capability in contract analysis, including warranties, SLAs, penalties, and liabilities. /li liDemonstrated ability to develop and validate RCAs and to analyze SCADA data and equipment logs. /li liStrong communication and negotiation skills with customers and service partners. /li liProven leadership experience, managing technical teams and external partners. /li liAnalytical, structured, and business‑and‑profitability‑oriented mindset.



/li liFluent English and Spanish are mandatory. Italian and Portuguese are a plus. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
