As Regional Hub Manager, you drive excellence and strategic evolution of travel management across your region. You’ll optimize platforms, supplier partnerships, and governance to align with Allianz policies, sustainability, and financial targets. Leveraging AI, automation, and data insights, you’ll boost efficiency and user experience while owning regional Pu0026amp;L and reporting. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, partner with global and regional teams, and deliver measurable business value in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment.

• Lead and optimize the regional travel platform and TMC partnerships with high adoption and compliant operations
• Oversee onboarding of Allianz entities and continuously improve user experience and platform performance
• Develop and execute the regional travel strategy aligned with policies and transformation goals
• Drive process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements to cut manual work
• Build business cases and lead digital innovation across the travel ecosystem
• Own travel data, reporting, and performance analytics for strategic decisions
• Manage regional travel budgets, Pu0026L, KPI tracking, and sustainability reporting
• Deliver dashboards, forecasts,



and executive reporting for actionable insights
• Serve as the primary travel management contact for regional Allianz entities
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and manage supplier performance and escalations
• Collaborate with integral teams and regional counterparts
• Lead regional travel projects from planning to implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-country teams for delivery
• Drive onboarding of new Allianz entities and growth-focused business cases

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate travel management, procurement, or related field in a multinational context
• Proven track record managing xqbhyrx travel programs at regional/global scale with TMC relationships and platform implementations
• Experience in cost center management, Pu0026L responsibility, and budget planning
• Background in sustainability reporting (e.g., Scope 3 CO2 emissions) is a strong advantage
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Tourism Management, or comparable field
• Interest in IT and Generative AI (GenAI) is valued
