ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage the RD Development Center and technical team, ensuring alignment with the company’s innovation and sustainability objectives /li liContribute and develop the roadmap of the ONE RD CPI team to constantly improve the efficiency, creativity, business impact of the team and directly manage part of the roadmap /li liMaintain relationships with clients and find creative ways to expand the business /li liLead key projects to support business goals /li liMonitor team metrics and objectives, ensuring the meeting of goals /li liServe as part of the organization’s leadership team and contribute to the development and execution of strategic decisions /li liEnsure the team’s adherence to the Berry Safety guidelines /li liDevelop and implement strategic plans for the development center, focusing on market demands and collaborations with different expert and advanced centers /li liOversee the execution of RD projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards /li liLead implementation of restaging products for the existing portfolio of sites of relevance /li liPartner with key stakeholders on the definition of business continuity plans and security of supply initiatives /li liConduct all final qualifications necessary to confirm the feasibility for industrialization and prepare the required documentation for handover to the sites of production /li liParticipate in continuous improvement plans and follow up on launches at site or multisite level /li liFoster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams across Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, and Wellness sectors (when applicable) /li liCo‑lead implementation and oversight of process streamlining, optimization, and improvement of product consistency /li liManage the allocation of human resources and oversee the development center’s budget /li liPrepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders /li liMentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence, feedback, and continuous learning /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology) /li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in RD, with at least 5 years in a managerial role /li liProven track record of leading successful RD projects and managing high‑performing teams /li liStrong knowledge of industrial processes, technology and qualification principles /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skills /li liAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment /li liExperience in the Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, or Wellness sectors is highly desirable /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
