ppA leading international infrastructure company is looking for a bFinancial Analyst – MA Investments /b to join its team and support strategic investment and divestment transactions, financial modelling, valuation activities, and investment analysis. /ppReporting directly to the bEVP of MA Investments /b, you will play an active role in evaluating, executing, and monitoring corporate transactions with direct exposure to senior management. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport acquisitions and divestments of assets and investments. /liliDevelop financial models and perform company and asset valuations. /liliCoordinate financial, commercial, and technical due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors. /liliPrepare investment memoranda, bids, financial analyses, and materials for investment committees. /liliMonitor the financial performance of portfolio companies and investment opportunities. /liliConduct financial, strategic, and market analyses to support decision-making.
