You will work closely with our Ecommerce Growth Manager and colleagues across content and design, while taking ownership of your own tasks, ideas, and results. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 h3Ecommerce CRO /h3 ul liShip fast updates across our Shopify stores — products, landing pages, and site content /li liDig into key metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue to uncover growth opportunities /li liDrive CRO tests across product pages, collection pages, and checkout to push conversion higher /li /ul h3SEO /h3 ul liOwn keyword research and on-page SEO to boost how our pages rank in search. /li liOptimize content, page structure, meta data, and internal linking as we expand into new markets. /li /ul h3International Expansion /h3 ul liDrive the rollout of SEO, CRO, and campaigns across Switzerland, Austria,



Spain, Italy, and France. /li liHunt down growth opportunities across markets and act on them fast. /li /ul h3Performance Marketing AI /h3 ul liGet hands-on with bGoogle and Meta Ads /b campaigns, from setup support to reporting and optimization. /li liDig into performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, and push for constant improvement. /li liUse AI tools to speed up research, content workflows, reporting, testing ideas, and daily execution. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liGenuine eagerness to learn and grow. /li liStrong self-motivation and ownership over your work. /li liReal curiosity about bAI /b, automation, and new digital tools, and an instinct to use them to work smarter. /li liAt least 1 year of experience in becommerce /b and bShopify /b or experience with similar CMS platforms /li libFluent English /b, spoken and written. /li liGood understanding of ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CPA, and CTR. /li liBasic SEO knowledge and a strong interest in learning more. /li liStrong banalytical mindset /b and high attention to detail. /li liComfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving, hands-on environment. /li liDegree in marketing,
