This role ensures that all agreements are strategically aligned with business objectives, comply with relevant regulations, while enabling efficient procurement and operational processes. By fostering collaboration among legal, MA, procurement, and business teams, the drives excellence in contract governance and supports the achievement of key organizational outcomes. /ph3Key Responsibilities Deliverables /h3ulliLead and support cross-border MA transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and post-closing integration activities. /liliDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, with a strong focus on IT, technology, procurement, and pharmaceutical/life sciences contracts. /liliProvide practical, business-oriented legal advice to cross-functional stakeholders, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives. /liliSupport strategic procurement initiatives by negotiating agreements with key suppliers, technology vendors, and business partners. /liliPartner closely with business, procurement, finance,
