With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs a Production Team leader your purpose will be responsible for ensuring line efficiencies, personal utilization, quality and safety in our site in Sagunto. The job holder will report to the Production Manager Sagunto and cooperate with the rest of Production Team Leaders as well as with the management team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop the team under your supervision, identifying potential and fostering growth among team members, including Process Improvers, Supervisors, line coordinators, and others. /li liEnsure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are met whilst quality and EHS standard are respected. /li liEnsure the system contains accurate information for precise reporting of plant status. /li liCoordinate production tests, production changes, and line improvements. /li liProvide solutions to high-level issues within the facilities. /li liCollaborate with your team (SLs, PIs, Supervisors) to resolve problems within your area of responsibility.
/li liWork with MICs, SLs, PIs, and other plant personnel on special projects related to your area of responsibility. /li liPerform any other duties and tasks in line with the responsibilities of the position. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is often required. /li liAdvanced degrees or certifications in management or automotive engineering are a plus. /li liStrong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning. /li liFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable. /li liTraining in continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and other process optimization techniques. /li liUsed to work in a multicultural, future-oriented environment. /li liFluent in English (Oral and written) and Spanish. /li lixsgfvud /li liBusiness acumen, basic financial knowledge. /li liNice to have SAP knowledge. /li liPreventive resource (Risk prevention official basic degree) /li liKnowledge on ISO 14001, IATF /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment /li liCompetitive salary + variable compensation /li liFlexible working hours /li liLife insurance provided by company /li liOptional medical insurance managed by company /li liMeal benefits (canteen) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
