Support and upgrade our bCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktops /b infrastructure, including all bCitrix Cloud /b components Azure Virtual Desktop environments. /liliEnvironment Management: Own the configuration of machine catalogs, delivery groups, global policies, profile management, and Workspace App endpoint deployments. /liliL3 Technical Support: Take ownership of complex issues escalations, troubleshooting low-to-moderate complexities with minimal guidance to find root causes. /liliDrive Automation: Spot repetitive manual processes and eliminate them using advanced PowerShell scripting. /liliDocumentation ITIL: Maintain precise technical documentation, contribute to our knowledge base, and participate in change, problem, and release management. /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliYour Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable technical discipline (your real-world project experience is what matters most to us). /liliCitrix Expertise: 3-5 years of hands‑on experience supporting bCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktops /b (version 2402 or later) and bCitrix Cloud /b administration.
