ppbDepartment /b: Property /p pbLocation /b: Madrid – Spain /p pbEmployment type /b: Indefinite /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport Senior Design Director by supervising design processes for new projects executed by external Architecture and Design studios. /li liDesign and develop innovative interior concepts for in‑house projects. /li liTranslate concepts into outstanding designs. /li liCreate visual and technical documentation, including mood boards, sketches, CAD drawings, Photoshop work, and 3D models. /li liAssist in formulating Group Design Guidelines for internal and external teams. /li liResearch and present FFE designs, including bespoke furniture and technical detailing, in coordination with the specifications team. /li liConduct site visits to oversee construction progress. /li liManage time and workload to meet project deadlines and commitments. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture. /li li5+ years of senior interior design experience in hospitality and FB projects.
