ph3Job Description /h3 pOur Real Estate team is looking for an MEP Estimator to support the preparation of cost estimates across a range of construction and real estate projects. /p pThe successful candidate will work closely with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to develop accurate and reliable cost estimates for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems during design, tender and pre-construction phases. This role will support informed commercial decision-making by analysing project information, market data and construction costs across multiple sectors including offices, retail and residential. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced consultancy environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare detailed MEP cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages. /li liAnalyse mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, specifications and technical documentation. /li liSupport key tendering activities, including preparation of pre-tender estimates and bid evaluations. /li liReview contractor and supplier quotations for MEP packages. /li liSupport procurement and commercial evaluation activities related to MEP works.



/li liContribute to value engineering and cost optimisation exercises. /li liMaintain estimating databases, pricing information and historical cost data. /li liIdentify project risks, assumptions and exclusions within estimates. /li liCollaborate with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to support project delivery. /li liPrepare clear estimating reports and supporting documentation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. /li liPrevious experience in MEP estimating within the construction or real estate sector. /li liStrong understanding of MEP systems, construction costs and estimating methodologies. /li liAbility to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation. /li liStrong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools. /li liStrong communication and organisational skills. /li liFluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
