and alerting /li liIdentify technical debt and continuously improve system quality and maintainability /li liParticipate in code reviews and uphold high engineering standards and best practices /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and other engineering teams /li liWork effectively with distributed engineering teams across Europe and Asia /li liContribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment and production operations /li liShare technical knowledge and contribute to a collaborative, transparent engineering culture /li /ul h3What We’re Looking ForCore Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, specializing in Java and distributed systems /li liStrong software engineering fundamentals with solid expertise in object-oriented design, clean code, and maintainable system architecture /li liExtensive experience building and operating microservices using the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud /li liStrong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, networking, and operating systems /li liExperience designing scalable and distributed systems with a solid understanding of consistency, fault tolerance, high availability, and scalability /li liProficient in designing RESTful APIs with a strong focus on API usability, versioning, and maintainability /li liExtensive experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL /li liStrong expertise in SQL optimization, indexing strategies, schema design, query tuning, and database scalability /li liHands-on experience with event-driven and asynchronous architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ,
