contributing to a integral specialist squad /li liContribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG's travel standards /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting /li liPrevious consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies or insurance consulting firms is highly valued /li liBachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus /li liStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful client solutions /li liProven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority /li liFluency in English and Spanish /li /ul pBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
