ph3IT Project Manager - Generative AI /h3 h3Pharmaceutical Industry /h3 pWe're supporting a leading general pharmaceutical organisation as they continue to expand their AI transformation programme and are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Generative AI initiatives. You'll play a key role in implementing enterprise AI solutions, scaling Microsoft 365 Copilot, and delivering multiple AI use cases that will transform the way the business operates. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI projects. /li liManage the rollout and scale-up of Microsoft 365 Copilot. /li liDeliver a portfolio of AI use cases across the #removed# roadmap. /li liCoordinate Business, IT, AI Engineering, Data Science and third-party delivery teams. /li liManage project plans, budgets, risks and governance. /li liDrive stakeholder engagement across senior business and IT leadership. /li liSupport user adoption through training, documentation and change activities.



/li liEnsure successful delivery using Agile and Hybrid project methodologies. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul li7+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager delivering enterprise technology programmes. /li liProven experience leading AI or Generative AI initiatives. /li liExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI or Azure OpenAI is highly desirable. /li liStrong understanding of AI solution delivery from requirements gathering through to implementation and business adoption. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liExperience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry is preferred. /li liExperience managing cross-functional and international project teams. /li /ul pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a business investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence and play a leading role in delivering innovative AI capabilities that will have a significant impact across the organisation. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
