You will handle day-to-day customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and help ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and reliability of our brand. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve account, product, and technical issues, escalating where needed. /li liMaintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until resolution. /li liWork closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and flag recurring issues. /li liSupport onboarding of new customers and guide them through our products and services. /li liContribute to improving support processes, FAQs, and documentation.
