ph3Responsibilities /h3 pOn the back of high customer demand and as part of our ongoing and successful Professional Services build out in EMEA, we are looking for an exceptional Technical Architect, experienced in SAP projects. /p pYou will also be responsible to: /p ul liParticipating as a SAP integration SME and architect in professional services engagements, focused in particular but not only on integration and automation with SAP ecosystem (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SaaS applications) as well as on migrations from other platforms to Workato /li liWorking on customized customer onboarding, statements of work and other customer facing activities. /li liBeing a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries through professional services engagements. /li liBecoming the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution, architecture and implementation perspective for the Workato platform. /li liContributing to our integral SAP practice by creating or enhancing content such as Workato Community content, reference demos and presentations,, white papers, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for use by customers, partners and Workato teams /li /ul pThrough professional services engagements, you will: /p ul liLead business requirements sessions. /li liDevelop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations. /li liConduct recipe reviews. /li liAdvise on unit, integration and user acceptance testing best practices. /li liConduct production readiness assessments. /li liAdvise on production deployment procedures. /li liConduct post-live deployment health checks and guidance on recipe and process optimizations /li liProvide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams. /li liApply and advise on frameworks, such as Workato’s GEARS and Workato’s Embedded Product Guide, to align with customer organizations’ needs.



/li liBe embedded in customers’ organisations and rapidly understand and absorb their current business process and levers and advise on how they can be improved through automation, orchestration or adoption of other Workato platform features /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of technology transformation consulting, including implementation experience with one or more common integration or middleware solutions and/or API management solutions /li liExperience in end-to-end solution architecture and implementation on SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite. Knowledge of SAP BC, SAP AIF, SAP iRPA and SAP BTP services (such as AI, SAP Build etc.) is beneficial /li liStrong knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies, configuration and troubleshooting (IDoc, RFC, OData, SOAP WebServices etc.) /li liFamiliarity with SAP architecture, key SAP methodologies and frameworks (Clean Core, ISA-M etc.) Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success in the following domains: front-end and back-end solution architecture, enterprise architecture, development, and test/release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs /li liDeep understanding of security and governance needs for large corporations /li liAbility to travel to the client site up to 25%, but may be higher or lower based on prevailing circumstances /li liBusiness English fluency (written and verbal) /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience as an Enterprise and/or digital architect preferably in consulting engagements /li liMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering /li liKnowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, EBusiness Suite, Database /li liKnowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and programming languages Ruby, ABAP, Java, Groovy, JS /li liExperience having worked in a global start-up environment /li liSAP or other relevant certifications (AWS, Microsoft etc.) /li liGerman language knowledge B1 and higher /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
