ph3Your mission /h3pJoin us in bsafeguarding the sustainability of space operations /b through advanced space situational awareness (SSA) technologies. As part of our team, you will develop bcutting-edge collision avoidance /b algorithms, enhance bspace situational awareness /b, and innovate tools for satellite operators. Your expertise in data science and physics will help us detect, predict, and mitigate orbital risks, ensuring safe and sustainable space exploration. /ppOKAPI:Orbits already brings together a bhighly diverse team /b, and we actively continue to strengthen this diversity which allows us to achieve higher performance and drive innovation. /ph3Your tasks and responsibilities /h3ulliYou will collaborate with a bmultidisciplinary team of aerospace engineers, data scientists, and software developers /b to integrate and optimize third-party sensor data sources within our bSSA platform /b. Your contributions will directly enhance the accuracy, automation, and scalability of our orbital risk management solutions. /lilibIntegrate third-party data sources /b into our platform, working closely with providers to seamlessly onboard their data. /liliDevelop, implement, and optimize high-precision algorithms for borbit propagation, orbit determination (OD) /b, sensor fusion, covariance modelling, and uncertainty quantification. /liliDevelop methods to fuse data from diverse sources into one common image of the bspace debris environment /b. /liliConduct validation and verification (VV) campaigns to benchmark and refine algorithmic performance against ground truth datasets. /liliWork closely with software engineers to transition bprototype algorithms into scalable, production-ready solutions. /b /li /ulh3Your profile /h3pbMust-have: /b /pulliM.Sc. or higher in bAerospace Engineering /b, Space Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field, or have prior work experience in the field of SSA/SST and related.



/liliA minimum of b5 years /b of relevant work experience is required.
