The department is responsible for leading the global commercial marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment across regions and stakeholders, driving segmentation, targeting and omnichannel programs by translating global direction into actionable initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional and regional leaders to shape priorities and translate enterprise strategy into clear global marketing direction that enables effective local adaptation and value creation.The team has 3 main areas of responsibility:Overall CE brand positioning – defining the value story of our overall partnership capabilities beyond the pure product messagingMarket engagement – including launch excellence,
ensuring the commercial country readiness of new products and data driven segmentation and targeting guidance for maximum impact in close alignment with the countriesMarketing execution – the implementation, execution and monitoring impact of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the countriesYour Responsibilities:Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using customer insights and analyticsOptimize product mix to improve profitability across regions and customer segmentsUse CRM data to track execution, measure impact, and drive commercial prioritiesCreate clinically credible and commercially effective customer-facing assetsEnable consistent omnichannel execution across digital, sales, distributors, and clinical education channelsEnsure messaging aligns with clinical evidence, product claims, and value propositionsMonitor campaign performance and implement continuous improvementsLead and align global, regional, and country marketing teamsPromote best practice sharing and partner closely with regional sales leadersBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing global marketing teamFoster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented executionLead the annual global marketing planning process with defined KPIs and prioritiesAlign local market plans with global strategy and ensure launch readinessTrack commercial performance and implement corrective actions when neededEnsure compliance with company policies, SOPs, legal requirements,
