The role of a Corporate Finance Executive is responsible for, but not limited to: /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport MA Origination across EMEA,
North America and APAC /li liPreparing and supporting the business on all capital raising projects including ensuring business is IPO/Sale ready; /li liOwn all aspects of business financial Modelling for MA activity; /li liPerform market research and analysis for target mapping; /li liSupport on all data analysis and assessment for acquisition targets; /li liSupport Management with commercials on all types of fundraising, MA Strategy and closing acquisitions; /li liLiaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations; /li liAssess and predict financial risks and returns; /li liLiaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts; /li liAdvise on how to meet targets and create target investment returns; /li liCoordinate and perform special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned; /li liEstablish strong processes to support the on-going analysis of business performance and changes in the market; /li liRecommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations; /li liOther ad hoc projects as required. /li /ul h3Person Specification /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills /li liStrong financial modelling skills /li liProven track record /li liStrategic Thinking /li liProblem Solving/Analysis /li liManagement and leadership abilities /li liPrevious experience relevant to this specific role /li liExperience of meeting conflicting/critical deadlines /li liMust be fluent in English, written and oral /li liExceptional attention to detail /li liResults orientated /li liAbility to ensure high level confidentiality /li liStrong analytical and I.T skills appropriate to role /li liMust be a team player but able to work on own initiative /li liMust be able to travel internationally when required /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMust be educated to degree level or similar /li liMust have a Professional Accreditation such as ACCA/ACA/CFA /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
