ph3Job Description /h3 h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pAs a Senior Strategic Buyer, Partfamily Manager, in the material field of drawing parts turning milling, you are responsible for the location-specific strategy of the part family. /p pThey implement the integral material field strategy for their part families and are responsible for targets regarding quality, delivery time, costs, as well as digitalization and automation. /p pYou will operate as a global team player in interdisciplinary teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAs Partfamily Manager, you control the entire purchasing volume for your complex part family at the Terrassa site. /li liYou are responsible for the strategy regarding: quality, costs, delivery times and digitalization. /li liIn addition, you will participate in large, cross-site procurement projects for your PF assemblies and conduct Terrassa-specific procurement projects (Forecast). /li liYou conduct the globally valid framework and multi-year contract negotiations. /li liThe generation, implementation, and tracking of site-wide cost reduction measures in the CAT tool /li liAs the responsible strategic buyer, you will oversee the Terrassa location. /li liYou are the escalation level for problems with delivery dates, costs, or quality. /li liWithin the framework of cross-site procurement projects, you are responsible for awarding the manufacturing parts for your material field and implementing appropriate inventory strategies to secure the supply chain. /li liCommercial due diligence: Documentation and maintenance of supplier relationship management as well as prices and contracts in the ERP system.



/li liA willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time is a given for you. /li liSupport in the development of procurement processes and the overall material field strategy. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou have a degree in a technical/commercial field, for example in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. /li liYou have several years of professional experience in technical purchasing. /li liYou have already conducted negotiations and awarded contracts. /liliYou are familiar with economic methods in the field of procurement, such as the Kraljic matrix, SWOT analysis, TCO and shadow calculations. /li liFurthermore, you were able to gain experience in purchasing controlling/cost controlling. /li liYou are a team player - especially in interdisciplinary and international teams, you enjoy contributing, taking on responsibility, and helping to solve challenges with intrinsic motivation. /li liWorking in an international context with fluent English is a matter of course for you. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liAvailability to travel (approximately 20%) when required (HQ in Germany/Switzerland). /li liValid driving license and own vehicle. /li /ul pFor Syntegon and its subsidiaries, diversity is a key concern.
