ph3Technical Product Owner – Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) /h3 pAs the Technical Product Owner for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering reliability-focused initiatives that ensure the scalability, availability, and performance of our platforms and services. You will work closely with SREs, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into actionable work, championing best practices in reliability, automation, and operational excellence. You will also provide project leadership supporting reliability service delivery, including management of key initiatives needed to scale and enhance our practices, and delivery oversight for SRE scrum teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and prioritize developer pain points using qualitative and quantitative signals with the focus on impact. /li liTranslate platform / SRE needs into clear product requirements and priorities. /li liDefine and track success metrics such as developer productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency. /li liRun discovery through developer interviews, Dev Experience surveys, support interruptions, incident reviews, and platform metrics (e.g., DORA, CI/CD reliability). /li liLead migrations and deprecations with empathy, clarity, and consistency. /li liOversee delivery of SRE key initiatives, managing project timelines, risks, communication and collaboration with stakeholders. /li liWork with SREs and engineers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives, removing blockers and facilitating agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives). /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li2 - 4 years working as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in Platform environments. /li liProven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager,



or similar role in a software engineering environment. /li liStrong understanding of SRE principles, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure. /li liFamiliarity with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and automation tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, Terraform, etc.). /li liDeep understanding of product management methodologies, especially SCRUM. /li liExperience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). /li liExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. /li liTechnical background (e.g., former engineer, SRE, or similar) is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with large-scale distributed systems. /li liKnowledge of reliability engineering concepts such as SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. /li liCertifications in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or agile methodologies. /li liScrum Certification (Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.). /li liProject management experience a plus. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liAbility to balance and prioritize business and user needs. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liAbility to work on multiple projects, with a proactive approach to work management. /li liOwns success – Takes responsibility for the successful delivery of the solutions. /li liStrong desire to improve upon their skills in tools and technologies. /li liSelf‑motivated learner, quick to research and implement. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation.
