In this creative and challenging role, your mission will be to design and implement high quality in-store assets and to achieve excellence at the point of sale. This will be working primarily on temporary assets that are related to new launches or animations. The role focuses on the creative development process, creating the guidelines for the markets and helping to work on their implementation. /ph3What you'll get to do /h3pbDevelopment area /b /pulliDevelop eye-catching and functional animation spaces to promote our launches and limited editions in our point of sales, based on a briefing given by the marketing team. /liliAesthetic vision and great attention to small details. /liliSpace capacity to design small elements (POSM) and large spaces (outpost animations) /liliCreative minds to propose new concepts for our launches and animations to complement the initial briefings given by the marketing teams. /liliBeing capable to create alive spaces, creating functional traffic flows and appealing customer journeys. /liliKnowledge of materials - be capable to develop elements and propose the idóneo materials to build it. /liliDevelop POSM elements considering a target cost, feasibility of production and sustainability (balance between cost and esthetic) /li /ulpbOperational area /b /pulliFollow up of the retroplannig production of the POSM, working together with the different departments involved. /liliWork together with the operational marketing team having an overview of the market needs,



designing spaces according to each regions / market. /liliBasic logistic knowledges in terms of production processes will be very well valuated. /li /ulpbGo to market area /b /pulliFollow up with assigned markets for each launch/animation requests received. /liliWork very close with our key markets and design adapted spaces according to their needs. /liliMake regularly store checks in our main doors, propose improvements in terms of visibility and being aware of the limitations and restrictions. /li /ulh3We'd love to meet you if you have /h3ulli1-2 years of experience working in retail design or visual merchandising ideally in a related sector focusing on temporary assets. /liliA high level of creativity and strong aesthetic taste with strong out of the box vision /liliCapacity of identify the main objectives on a project and propose solutions accordingly /liliExperience in managing projects that involve creative development process, production process and communication with different departments /liliUnderstanding of beauty and luxury fashion. /li /ulpWe welcome Creators Of All Kinds.
