ph3Role Summary /h3 /brpThe Project Director is responsible for the project end-to-end, leading overall execution and delivery for BESS and Wind projects. The role ensures the project is delivered safely and successfully, managing key risks, contractual commitments, and stakeholder alignment through to commissioning, acceptance, and close-out. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliOwn overall project delivery governance and performance (HSE, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and claims). /li /brliLead and coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, grid, quality, finance, legal, and service) and external partners (customers, EPCs, contractors, OEMs, utilities, and authorities). /li /brliDrive project planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and executive reporting; establish clear decision-making and escalation mechanisms. /li /brliManage contracts and commercial execution including change orders, payment milestones, claims, and dispute resolution.



/li /brliEnsure technical alignment and delivery readiness for BESS and Wind systems (grid connection requirements, commissioning plans, performance guarantees, and acceptance criteria). /li /brliProactively manage project risks and opportunities; implement mitigation plans and lessons learned across the portfolio. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications / Experience /h3 /brul /brliSignificant experience directing large-scale energy infrastructure projects, ideally in wind and/or BESS (utility-scale preferred). /li /brliStrong knowledge of project delivery models (EPC/EPCM/multi-contract), contract management, and project controls. /li /brliProven leadership of multi-country or complex stakeholder projects; strong communication and executive-level influencing skills. /li /brliBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
