Experteer Overview
As a Managing Consultant you will architect and implement cloud security monitoring with MS Sentinel and Defender XDR, shaping a new EY GDS service offering. You will guide customers from testing through production, acting as a cloud security SME and helping secure Azure environments. You’ll develop automated monitoring content, use cases, and playbooks, while advising on best practices to meet client end-state requirements. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer-facing guidance in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Architect and implement cloud security monitoring platforms using MS Sentinel/Defender XDR
• Research, develop and implement use cases in Sentinel/Defender XDR within the solution studio and manage the studio
• Provide consulting to customers during testing, pilot, production, and training phases for successful deployment
• Serve as SME on Cloud Security solutions and operationalize capabilities for end customers
• Secure cloud environments by applying cybersecurity tools and best practices
• Advise customers on best practices and use cases to achieve end-state requirements




• Develop content including automated security event monitoring, alerting, and incident response plans

Responsabilidades
• Expertise in MS Sentinel/Defender XDR and content management
• Strong knowledge of threat modelling and MITRE ATTu0026CK framework
• Experience integrating critical devices and custom parsers (including in-house)
• Migration planning from Splunk/QRadar/LogRhythm to MS Sentinel
• Deep understanding of Azure security design patterns and data ingestion
• Cloud security advisory experience and Microsoft Cloud Security capabilities across Azure
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• German C1 or above
• B. Tech./B.E. with technical skills
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Azure certification (or other cloud vendor certs)
