Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead a multidisciplinary IT team to ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing systems. You will oversee IT projects from planning to delivery and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions. You’ll drive process optimization, ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards, and align regional and integral IT efforts with the technology strategy. This position offers impact at scale and the chance to shape IT service quality in a global context.

• Lead and supervise a team of IT specialists across diverse disciplines
• Ensure stability, performance, and security of IT systems and services
• Manage IT projects including planning, coordination, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Monitor and optimize IT processes for compliance with standards, data protection, and cybersecurity
• Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members
• Coordinate with regional and global IT functions for alignment of strategy and execution




• Prepare and manage budgets within the area of responsibility
• Ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of IT service quality
• Act as primary contact for internal and external partners regarding IT operations within scope

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• +5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or applications with supervisory/managerial experience
• Broad technical understanding across IT domains; familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing international projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
• CISCO experience - CCNA Certification preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Windows, Azure, VPN, Networking
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
