We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild andmaintain financial models and valuationsto support business planpreparation, investment decisions, and other shareholder strategic decisions /li liPrepare DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysestoevaluate project and portfolio performance under a range of scenarios. /li liConduct marketand competitive researchto identify opportunities and benchmarkpositioning /li liCreate and summarize findings of modelling analysisby populatingstrategy presentations, reporting dashboards and executive reportsandpresentations for management the Board of Directors. /li liCollaboratewith cross-functional teams – including finance, investments and MA andoperations - to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment. /li liSupport long-term investment strategyand portfoliooptimisation initiatives, quantifying and understanding trade offs and riskassessment as part of a global portfolio. /li liMonitormarket trends, regulatory developments and industry dynamics to ensureproposalsremain relevant and competitive. /li liTake initiative and ownership on additional tasks as assigned, and lookfor continuous improvement opportunities at all times.



/li /ul h3Education Certifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in BusinessAdministration, Finance, or a similar field. Alternative Engineering withexperience in Finance /li liExcellent English languageskills(written and spoken)C1 levelis a must. Additional languages are a plus /li /ul h3Experience Technical Skills /h3 ul li3–5 yearsof experience in investment banking, boutique MA, valuations team, corporate finance, privateequity, or a similar analytical role. /li liStrong financial modelling skills and solidunderstanding of valuation methodologies(DCF,LBO, multiples, etc) /li liExperience in the energy or infrastructure sector is aplus. /li liProficiency in Excel and strong proficiency withPowerPoint to produce for executive-level deliverables. /li liProblem-solving oriented and strong analytical skills - naturally curious and inquisitive in undertandingprojects and the business to be able to model outputs appropriately. /li liOutstanding interpersonal and communicationskills to successfully interact with multicultural and cross-functional teams. /li liComfortable working in a multicultural, fast-pacedenvironmentwith shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure in a integral organisation across multiple timezones. /li liExcellent attention to detail. /li /ul h3Company Culture /h3 pWe believein a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
