Based just outside of Madrid, this is an excitingopportunity to join our growing Engineering team as an Electrical Engineering Lead, supporting the delivery of our hyperscale JVproject . /p pThe Project Electrical Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the electrical scope on the project, from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and handover. The role combines technical leadership, package management, and project delivery accountability. /p pIn this position, you will be working within our Project Delivery team, supporting the successful execution of electrical systems on large-scale construction and data centre projects. You will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the Project Director, where applicable. /p h3Your day will include: /h3 ul liLead the delivery of all electrical works on the project from design through to commissioning and handover. /li liCoordinateelectrical design, ensuring alignment with specifications, programme, and buildability requirements. /li liManage and close out RFIs, technical submittals, and shop drawings in a timely manner. /li liOverseeelectrical procurement, including subcontractor and supplier coordination. /li liManageelectrical subcontractors on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. /li liMonitor progress against programme and proactively address risks, delays, and constraints.



/li liEnsure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, andenvironmental standards. /li liReview and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) forelectrical activities. /li liImplement and manage qualitycontrol processes, including inspections, testing, and snagging. /li liCoordinate with Electrical, CSA, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. /li liSupport commercial management of the electrical scope, including tracking variations and cost impacts. /li liProvide regular progress updates and reports to theProject Manager and Project Director. /li liLead and support electrical commissioning activities to ensure systems are fully operational. /li liEnsure completion of all handoverdocumentation, including OM manuals and as-built drawings. /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liRelevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent). /li liExperience in similar role, proven track record in an Engineering role in the Construction industry. /li liCSCS card (or equivalent relevant site certification). /li liSMSTS or equivalent health safety certification. /li liManagement experience – ability to manage and lead a team. /li /ul pFor a confidential discussion or to learn more about the role, please email or contact /p pWe arecommitted to creating an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds feel valued and supported.
