This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a Day-1 organization, and provides a dynamic, innovative and fast-paced environment to constantly build your skillset and address new challenges. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with program managers Account managers and dive deep on data to address business problems and drive business goals /li liDesign and implement automated reporting solutions to enable Program Managers/AMs to drive the adoption of various programs /initiatives /li liDevelop and monitor the business metrics, while partnering with internal and external teams to identify process improvement opportunities /li liCollaborate with other BI engineers/teams to adopt best practices. /li liFostering culture of continuous improvement through automation and self serve dashboards /li liDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives using automated dashboard solutions /li liLeverage AI and emerging innovation in data infrastructure to automate repetitive workflows, accelerate analyses, and unlock new patterns from complex datasets /li liMentoring and contributing to team's improvement /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. /li liExperience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools /li liExperience with data modeling,
