Description

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing properties and managing clients, offering a comprehensive and personalised service. On a day-to-day basis, you will coordinate viewings, follow up with potential clients, manage sales negotiations and finalise purchase, sale or rental agreements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palma.



You have 100 % adaptable working hours and can organise your own time while working towards targets – ideal for those seeking independence and professional growth.

Requirements

- Experience in customer service and direct client contact, with the ability to deliver a positive and personalised experience.

- Skills in sales and commercial management, including effective negotiation and closing deals.

- Ability to rigorously follow up on clients and commercial transactions.

- Experience in the property sector will be viewed favourably.

- Interpersonal skills, organisational ability and a proactive approach are essential for success in the role.
