You might be an idóneo fit for our team even if you don’t have all the required skills. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the schedule development lifecycle for one or more projects, from high‑level planning to detailed execution. /li liLead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the extended project management team to create schedules. /li liDevelop and manage the Owner’s schedule, ensuring alignment with quality standards. /li liVerify that contractor schedules and reports contain all relevant scope and escalating when lacking. /li liTrack and summarize schedule performance (e.g., s‑curves, critical and sub‑critical paths, planned vs actual variance, float trend,



start finish curves, etc.), providing stakeholders with clear and actionable reports. /li liDevelop and maintain resource‑loaded schedules. /li liUndertake “what if” / scenario analysis on schedules. /li liFrequent visits to the construction site to provide team support, nurture relationships and assess the progress of the project. /li liPromote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction‑related discipline. /li liStrong knowledge of PMO and project controls with a focus on scheduling and risk management. /li liSkilled in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project mandatory. /li liSkilled in Acumen Fuse and PowerBi is a plus. /li liExperience in data centre or pharma is a plus. /li liCompetent in Earned Value Management (EVM). /li liFluent in both Spanish and English. /li liExcellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and adept problem‑solving abilities. /li liHave a passion for building a global team and fostering employee development. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
