Also perform market research and screening on upcoming trends and lifecycle changes. /liliCoordinate and monitor the service provider’s activities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. /liliRegular meetings and task tracking with the GHL, including certifications, driver and BIOS updates, and resolving device-related issues. /liliDefine technical specifications for minimum requirements like PCs, laptops, monitors, and accessories. /liliDefine and document the service provider’s official scope of work and deliverables. /liliMonitor new products and technologies through manufacturer enquiries and online research. /liliIdentify risks and initiate escalations (e.g. urgently required BIOS and driver updates or upcoming issues that may impact the stability in the client office environment).



/liliHold regular meetings with manufacturers (OEMs) to clarify upcoming issues, discuss product roadmaps, and address open questions. /liliCollaborate closely and communicate with responsible colleagues in Germany.
