As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you lead end-to-end AI engagements, translating business challenges into technical, production-ready solutions. You work autonomously across disciplines, bridging engineering rigor with business value to deliver measurable impact. You collaborate with customers and internal teams, contributing to AI platform evolution and best practices. This role combines hands-on prototyping, deployment, and continuous learning in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into technical, fit-for-purpose AI solutions
• Rapidly prototype and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks
• Own delivery end-to-end from scoping to production and drive adoption
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Capture deployment learnings and contribute to platform improvements




• Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of emerging technologies
• Contribute to evolution of Kyndryl's AI platforms through code and collaboration with product teams

Responsabilidades
• Programming proficiency in Python (or other modern language such as C#, Node.js, or TypeScript)
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch (a plus)
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and version control (Git u0026 GitHub)
• Experience with xqbhyrx data engineering tools like Pandas and Spark
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed computing architectures
