As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHelp organise and follow up on the assigned Area/feature(s) /li liHelp manage Area/feature groups from start to finish, and ensure delivery /li liHelp analyse and translate new features and ideas into requirements and action plans /li liHelp track work and progress and react accordingly /li liHelp set up and update high level roadmap and planning of the assigned Area/feature(s) /li liIdentify and set up useful reports for the Area/feature(s) /li liAdvise and assess priorities (and new requests) progress and quality for Area/feature(s) /li liBased on the status of Area/features, advise and reprioritise, rescope /li liUnblock, solve or elevate issues to Domain or Heads of Production, remove distractions /li liFilter, prioritise, interpret, analyse and help assign bug reports /li liCommunicate and align with third parties, internal management and other departments /li liAssist in creating and implementing processes that will improve quality and efficiency /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in game development and game production /li liExperience managing local and distributed teams /li liAdvanced understanding of Jira,
