Your mission is to make sure every apartment we deliver is on-time, on-budget, and up to standard. You will gain real-world experience and develop skills in project execution, negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management. /ppbWhat you will do: /b /ppRenovation coordination – Support project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes on every renovation. /ppContractor sourcing – Help select the best contractors and service providers to ensure top value and professionalism. /ppBudget and quotations – Request and compare quotations, assist in negotiating terms, and support in building renovation budgets. /ppTimeline optimization – Keep projects on track and help identify bottlenecks to speed up execution.
