In this role, you will be key in ensuring the optimal performance of our intralogistics solutions on‑site, directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your mission: To ensure maximum availability and performance of TGW automated systems at customer sites throughout their entire lifecycle by delivering outstanding technical support. /p h3What you’ll be handling: /h3 ul liPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment /li liDiagnose and solve technical issues directly on‑site /li liTrain customers and key users on system operation /li liSupport installations and, where required, take responsibility as team leader /li liPrepare technical documentation and service reports /li liProvide on‑call and emergency support services /li liEnsure strict compliance with health safety standards /li /ul h3What you’ll need:
