prepare, document and support the handling of sensitive situations (disciplinary matters, individual conflicts, prelitigation), in coordination with and under the arbitration of the HR Lead Iberia. /li /brliOnboarding, Offboarding Employee Lifecycle : manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction experience and coordinate employee transitions and offboarding for Spain (and Portugal as backup). /li /brliEmployee Support HR Administration : serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters (policies, procedures, leaves, benefits), prepare HR documentation (addendums, letters, certificates) and ensure compliance with local labor regulations, liaising with the payroll provider. /li /brliTraining PRL Compliance: coordinate Prevention and Risk Prevention (PRL) and other mandatory local compliance training in Spain, in partnership with the Learning Development team, and follow up on medical check-ups. /li /br /ul /brh3What We're Looking For: /h3 /brpExperience : 3-4 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist or local HRBP roles, ideally in an international environment, with proven autonomy acting as the local relay of a remote manager. /p /brul /brliEmployee Labor Relations : solid, hands‑on experience of Spanish individual and collective labor relations, including direct interaction with the Comité de Empresa and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. /li /brliLabor Law : strong working knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and ability to run the full HR/employee lifecycle in Spain. /li /brliStakeholder Credibility : confident, credible and reliable when interacting with managers, senior leaders, employee representatives and external partners; excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. /li /brliAutonomy Judgment : able to work independently and take ownership, while recognizing situations that warrant escalation or collaborative decisionmaking. /li /brliTeam spirit positive energy :
