demonstrating how Amazon Strands and AgentCore work together in production. Then you could lead an APT workshop, guiding a partner’s delivery team through the process of identifying high‑value business processes suitable for agentic transformation. In the afternoon, you might review a partner’s Frontier Agent implementation, providing prescriptive guidance on tool use, memory management, and guardrails. You will spend time building reference implementations, creating enablement content, and collaborating with AWS field teams to match partner capabilities with customer demand for agentic AI. You will also represent the voice of partners to AWS service teams, influencing how Amazon Bedrock and agentic AI tools evolve. /p h3About the Team /h3 pYou will join the EMEA Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) organization within the AWS Partner Organization (APO). The PSA team serves as a scale engine for AWS, propelling growth by recruiting, activating, and developing partners. We provide technical enablement and thought leadership that helps partners build and sell solutions on AWS. This role sits within the Solutions PSA team, which drives AWS growth through differentiated partner solutions in targeted industries and horizontals — including Agentic AI and intelligent process automation. The team operates across EMEA, collaborating with commercial sales, industry SAs, and the broader partner ecosystem. You will be based in Madrid with flexibility to travel across EMEA to work directly with partners and attend industry events. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent /li liExperience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients /li liExperience in a technical role within a sales organization /li liTechnical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent) and/or relevant industry experience /li liExperience in solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering, or technical consulting involving AI/ML, automation, or enterprise integration /li liWorking knowledge of cloud computing concepts (networking, compute, storage, security)
