You will play a key role in guiding clients through financial due diligence during transactions. You will take responsibility for leading projects, managing teams, and working closely with clients to provide expert advisory services. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliLead and manage due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. /liliConduct in-depth financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements, assessing working capital, and identifying key risks and opportunities. /liliOversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and client communications. /liliMentor and guide junior team members, offering training and feedback to foster their development. /liliBuild strong, trusted client relationships throughout the transaction process. /liliStay informed on market trends, deal activity,



and regulatory changes that may affect transactions. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For: /h3ulliProven experience in Transaction Services, preferably within a Big 4 or leading advisory firm. /liliExpertise in financial analysis, with the ability to interpret complex statements and assess transaction risks. /liliExperience in managing and mentoring teams, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders. /liliA client-focused approach with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships. /liliExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify risks and opportunities within transactions. /liliDeep understanding of the deal process, market dynamics, and regulatory environment. /liliFluency in English (95% of work is done in English), Spanish is highly desirable /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
