ph3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign electrical systems for building and industrial projects: medium/low voltage power distribution, lighting and control, fire detection, structured cabling and security systems, lightning protection, and earthing. /li liPerform load calculations, short‑circuit and voltage drop studies, and protective device coordination strictly in accordance with REBT (Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation) and the relevant chapters of CTE DB HE / DB SI. /li liConduct lighting calculations, develop power distribution single‑line diagrams and layout plans, and prepare detailed bills of materials and equipment technical specifications using specialist software. /li liDefine locations for substations, electrical shafts, and cable routes; coordinate equipment power requirements with HVAC, plumbing, and other disciplines. /li liWrite and review construction method statements, and support on‑site commissioning, insulation testing, and final handover. /li liDesign and integrate renewable energy systems such as photovoltaic generation and EV charging stations into the main design. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liEducation:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Electrical focus). Being Colegiado/a is a plus. /li liExperience: 5+ years of local electrical design experience in Spain, with a solid grasp of REBT and related design handbooks. /li liSoftware: Proficient in CYPE (electrical module), DIALux or Relux (lighting calculation), and Caneco BT; highly skilled in Revit MEP and AutoCAD. /li liTechnical Skills: Able to independently design medium voltage single‑line diagrams and main LV distribution systems; familiar with the selection of common circuit breakers, transformers, and UPS. /li liSkills: Possess valid structural design qualification certificate; able to independently complete discipline‑specific design complying with European standards, and support BP submission and final project acceptance inspection. /li liLanguage: Fluent communication in Spanish; English level B2 or above, capable of reading international codes and vendor documentation. /li liBonus Points: Experience on LEED/BREEAM certified projects, or proficiency in PV system design software. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
