In this role you will lead hybrid cloud transformation programs for large enterprise clients, translating business goals into scalable, secure technology solutions. You will partner across sales, consulting, and delivery to shape innovative offerings and ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. You’ll mentor technical talent and stay ahead of trends to strengthen Kyndryl’s hybrid cloud capabilities. This role is a gateway to senior architectural roles and broader career paths within a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

• Lead design and execution of hybrid cloud transformation strategies for strategic enterprise clients
• Drive solution development and support go-to-market initiatives
• Act as trusted advisor to client executives, aligning technology with business objectives

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Infrastructure Transformation or related leadership roles
• Strong background in designing and leading complex infrastructure, cloud, and modernization programs in large enterprises
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, resilient technology solutions with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading client engagements, executive discussions, and transformation roadmaps
• Track record in supporting business growth through solution development, pre‑sales, and go‑to‑market activities
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with executives xqbhyrx and stakeholders
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple priorities in multi‑vendor environments
• Broad understanding of Data Center, Hybrid Cloud, Storage, Networking, Security, Middleware, Databases, and Business Resilience
