In this role you will manage multi-category distribution for the Spanish omnichannel landscape, ensuring optimal allocation and replenishment. You will drive DRP governance, oversee reverse logistics with sustainability goals, and lead cost-to-serve improvements. You’ll leverage data analytics and AI-driven decision making to turn operational data into actionable insights, while advancing automation across the supply chain. You will work with cross-functional teams to support a shift toward a smoke-free future and regional Iberia initiatives.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• In-market distribution and replenishment across electronics, accessories, and nicotine products through all channels; build interlocks with sales and omnichannel teams
• Manage DRP to balance stock, service level, and cost-to-serve; support New Product Launch and Phase-In Phase-Out
• Oversee reverse logistics from all channels to central warehouse; coordinate recycling/destruction with partners
• Drive sustainability in distribution and reverse logistics; ensure regulatory compliance and waste minimization
• Identify and execute cost-to-serve improvements; monitor KPIs (Service Level, Inventory Cost, Cost-to-Serve, LOGD) and perform root-cause analysis
• Design and improve processes using automation, AI-driven decision making, and data-driven workflows
• Coordinate local Spain projects and regional Iberia initiatives with clear governance and stakeholder alignment
• Develop dashboards and AI-supported recommendations to improve DRP visibility and decision making
• Provide ad-hoc support for swap and lending logistics operations
• Lead audits and stock counts in central warehouse and retail stores for IC/SoX compliance
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain roles (distribution planning, logistics, xqbhyrx demand planning, Su0026OP/IBP, PIPO, order management)
• Strong project management experience in multinational or complex environments
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office; solid SAP and SAP APO knowledge
• Technology/AI/data analytics mindset with ability to link data flows to business priorities
• Experience using data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance performance and reduce workload
