In this Senior Technical Program Manager role, you connect strategic architectural direction with practical delivery across multiple engineering squads to strengthen Fever’s technical foundation. You’ll drive cross-team initiatives focused on platform modernization, reliability, and developer experience, including complex Mu0026amp;A integrations. You’ll create lightweight planning and transparent visibility to guide execution, while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Security leaders. This is a hands-on role at a high-growth leader shaping live entertainment technology.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-impact technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams (platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, reliability upgrades, system migrations)
• Partner with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders to convert strategy into milestones and execution cadences, surfacing risks and managing dependencies
• Drive technical execution of Mu0026A integrations,
aligning tech stacks during company acquisitions
• Foster alignment across Engineering, Product, and Security with lightweight, scalable planning and communication
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility, engineering accountability, and informed program decisions
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in technical program management or engineering leadership
• Strong technical fluency across SDLC, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, observability, release processes, xqbhyrx and architecture trade-offs
• Ability to read technical discussions and translate complex architecture into executable plans
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and influencing without formal authority, with strong communication skills
• Strong judgement, bias for action, and a service mindset
