In this role you help improve Fever’s operational efficiency across a fast-growing global platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that optimize logistics, inventory, and processes. You’ll design workflows, lead initiatives, and apply data-driven analysis to boost client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at a company shaping the live entertainment ecosystem. You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to scale Fever’s operations and maintain a best-in-class experience.

• End-to-End ownership of projects from planning to execution

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, or tech)
• Bachelor in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related fields
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Inventory management experience
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, SQL, and data visualization
• xqbhyrx Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complex, high-pressure situations and drive data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
