If you enjoy ownership, making decisions and building rather than maintaining, this role offers exactly that. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliDesign and implement the company's security strategy, establishing security practices and controls from the ground up. /liliSecure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments and applications, improving the overall security posture across the platform. /liliLead vulnerability management, incident response and security monitoring while collaborating closely with engineering teams. /liliPromote a security-first culture through awareness initiatives, documentation and practical guidance for developers. /liliPartner with Platform, Engineering and leadership teams to balance business growth with security best practices. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulli5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security or Application Security. /liliPrevious experience building or significantly maturing a security function within a startup or scale-up environment. /liliStrong hands-on experience securing AWS (or GCP), Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
