Be part of a strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven team where together we protect health, strengthen safety culture, and enable responsible growth. /p h3Where You’ll Make a Difference /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve global Industrial Hygiene (IH) programs aligned with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices /li liAdvance the corporate IH Exposure Assessment Process through standardized methodologies, data collection, and risk-based decision-making /li liConduct and consult on workplace exposure assessments covering chemical, biological, and physical risks /li liDrive a strong safety and health culture through leadership, coaching, mentoring, and engagement /li liDesign and implement global IH and ergonomics training programs and support site leadership development /li liLead the Enzyme Risk Assessment and Management Program and expand internal IH capability /li liSupport incident investigations related to serious injury and fatality potential (pSIF) and corrective actions /li liProvide IH expertise for internal and external Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)
