ph3What You'll Do: /h3pAs Vendor Master Data / TE Specialist, you will be responsible for: /pullithe reliability and quality of the Vendor Master Data for all Criteo’s entities worldwide. /lilithe quality, process and cut off expense claims for all central entities /liliEnsuring and fulfill our KYS process, SOX standards and answering to our periodic audit controls queries /li /ulpThis requires close collaboration with the IT, GL Tax, Procurement and Internal Control teams, as well as with the Accounts Payable team in Paris and other members of the finance team in the complex countries. You will be part of Finance Shared Services and will report to the VMD/TE Team Lead, based in Paris. /ph3Your tasks will include: /h3ulliVendor Master Data /liliEnsuring vendors are created, updated and deleted appropriately, and in compliance with SOX standards /liliEnsuring Vendor data is completed in alignment with contracts signed by the Business Development, Procurement and any Purchasing requester /liliCleaning, upgrading, updating and due diligence of the vendor master database with our screening compliance tool as regard of the KYS process /liliTE process /liliEnsuring that all TE are processed in a timely manner in compliance with SOX requirements /liliProcess and manage company card expenses and queries /liliIdentifying gaps and escalating issues /liliService quality /liliEnsuring that queries are answered in a timely manner /li /ulh3Who You Are: /h3ulliHighly Organized and Efficient, Structured,
