In this role, you will work closely with platform owners, technical teams and key stakeholders to design, configure and deliver scalable IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliImplement, configure and customize the ServiceNow ITOM suite /liliEnsure seamless integration between ITOM and other modules such as ITSM, ITAM and CMDB /liliBuild and optimize Discovery patterns, probes and sensors /liliMaintain high-quality CMDB data through proper modelling,
