/li liRespond to incidents and perform troubleshooting /li liMaintain accurate documentation and asset tracking /li liCollaborate with engineering and operations teams /li liParticipate in capacity planning and upgrades /li li3+ years data center operations experience /li liExpert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber) /li liStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities /li liExperience with rack and stack operations /li liUnderstanding of power distribution and UPS systems /li liExcellent documentation and communication skills /li liAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments /li liData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) – preferred /li liVendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) – preferred /li liNetwork certifications (CCNA, JNCIA) – preferred /li liExperience with DCIM platforms – preferred /li liKnowledge of ITIL practices – preferred /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
