ppFrom Morgan Philips Interim management We are seeking an bInterim Labour Relations Manager /b to lead the overall Human Resources function at an industrial manufacturing plant located in the Madrid Region. This position will report into an international matrix organization and play a key role as a member of the local Leadership Team. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3HR Leadership Operations /h3ulliLead, coordinate, and develop the local HR team. /liliEnsure the effective execution of all HR processes, including employee administration, labor relations, training, development, and recruitment. /liliPrioritize activities and resources within a highly dynamic industrial environment. /liliEnsure alignment between HR initiatives and the plant’s operational objectives. /li /ulh3Labor Relations /h3ulliAct as the primary point of contact with employee representatives and works councils. /liliManage collective bargaining processes, commissions, regular meetings, and union communications. /liliEnsure full compliance with labor legislation while fostering a stable and constructive employee relations climate. /liliOversee payroll, employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding processes, employee records, and labor-related documentation. /liliMonitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics, including absenteeism, shift management, working hours, and employee turnover. /liliEnsure robust processes, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. /li /ulh3HR Business Partnering Leadership Support /h3ulliActively participate in the plant’s Leadership Team. /liliProvide analysis, insights,



and value-added recommendations on critical people-related decisions. /liliPartner with Finance on workforce planning, cost structure management, and budgeting activities. /liliDrive operational efficiency initiatives related to productivity, talent management, and employee engagement. /liliAdapt and deploy general HR processes at plant level, including performance management, talent development, compensation, training, and culture initiatives. /liliCollaborate with international teams within a matrix organization. /liliEnsure consistency, reporting accuracy, and tracking of global HR KPIs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Education /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum b10 years of experience in Human Resources /b. /liliProven experience within an industrial/manufacturing environment. /liliStrong track record of leading HR departments and participating in leadership teams. /liliExtensive expertise in Labor Relations and Personnel Administration. /liliExperience in multinational companies and matrix organizations is highly desirable. /liliHigh level of autonomy, resilience, and initiative. /liliStrong influencing and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset. /liliPractical, hands-on, solution-driven approach and ability to perform under pressure. /li /ulh3Location /h3ulliMadrid, Spain. /li /ulh3Contract Duration /h3ullibInterim Management Assignment – 12 months /b. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
